"Need updated bed linens arrived to one bed with stains. Staff quickly changed them. But their linens are rough and scratchy too. Tub rusted and not great looking. No stopper in drain. Restaraunt and staff was excellent. Front desk manager excellent. But the head manager you reach if contacting property she is not responsive nor caring of your concerns or condition of her hotel. "

"I stayed at Jordan Hotel and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. The location is excellent, close to skiing and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. "This is a nice new hotel that is centrally located. I prepaid for breakfast and was told they were too busy to take any orders when we went to eat. They offered a refund (after I asked the Front desk for it) which I never received. This is full hotel vibe if that is what you are after. Clean and new bartenders are great. "
