Property is brand new…first rate for the price. A brew pub shares the same parking lot…better still.
Check-in was sub-par. No one at the counter…no way to alert someone that you’re there without entering their back offices. Associate who ultimately came out and checked me in was very young, and needs some training. It’s called the “hospitality” industry for a reason. Be hospitable! I’m sure the associate is a very nice person, but they need to be trained to engage and communicate with the folks staying at the property.
Otherwise, very pleased with my stay.
(And, for what it’s worth, my “complaint” is no big deal…just constructive criticism)☺️
