overpriced for what you get

Not exactly what I wanted but other hotels were fully booked . To be fair this was an apartment not a hotel room. TV too small and not close enough to the bed. Not enough kitchen utensils. Fridge, Microwave and airco worked fine. Reception was open only a few hours a day and closed at the weekend. Basically comfortable even if rather drab. Good central location.

Toilet and bathroooms were not clean I had to go and shop for cleaning detergent to do thorough cleaning. Utensil were not clean with food particles. I had electrical blackout and the response was good.

Alors l’hĂŽtel m’a redirigĂ© vers un autre hĂŽtel : HĂŽtel st Jean qui n’était pas Ă  notre goĂ»t. On a Ă©tĂ© déçu.

Quite and private with mountain view

Tha manager and people at the desk are very obliging. The apartment complex is quiet. I was happy to stay here but the cleaning wasn't the best. There were blankets not washed properly and full of hair still, I didn't like to use the extra blankets. I'd suggest not to have the kitchen chairs sitting onto of the table on arrival it's doesn't give a welcoming feel.

Situation easy walk to the Lourdes Santuary.

The manager is very nice and amable person. Though it would be nice to see such places more environmentally geared, especially in such a beautiful place as the Pyrenees. The residence is nice and quite.

Basic hotel

This is a basic hotel, but has what you need for a pilgrimage visit to Lourdes. Beds were basic temporary beds/cots, but ok for a couple of nights. Room was clean. Not all rooms have Internet access, so ask before you get a room if you need Internet. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast, but excellent croissants and bread. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Hotel is a 20 min walk to the grotto, but there is a local bus (1€) that runs periodically making a circuit around all the hotels.

Belle rĂ©sidence bien Ă©quipĂ© . Mais déçu car la chambre rĂ©servĂ©e n'Ă©tait pas totalement propre ainsi que les draps. Étant arrivĂ©e Ă  21h personne nous a accueillis et si je n'avais pas Ă©tĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception le lendemain je pense que le personnel n'allait mĂȘme pas s'apercevoir de notre absence.

Close to town, great as a stop-over

staff friendly and polite, room ideal for our needs, used as a stop-over on route. spacious family room good view of the surrounding mountains. Close to town for some sightseeing and grotto.

Pour court séjour

Déçue par la chambre, à éviter pour long séjour. L'établissement mérite un bon rafraßchissement surtout pour les sanitaires. Sinon le personnel est agréable et l'établissement est bien situé (prés de la mairie).

un coin avec vue magnifique

L" ensesemble est bien, parcontre la chambre est petite pour la famille de 4 enfants et 2 aldutes. Malgre nous avons reserve" une suite pour 6 personnes!!! Manque de la lumiere, surtout le soir quand on est a table
