Lila front desk clerk was exceptional. Very nice lady with good attitude towards customers. She helped us from wheelchair to lift / map of Sanctuary Lourdes and taxis.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, very near to the Basilica. Highly recommended to family. The only thing i can suggest that a sink should be installed inside the toilet area.

Pleasant stay

Friendly service, lovely people. Though they had a parking garage they advised me to park in a free zone, since I would have had to pay to park in their garage. Very customer oriented, would definitely stop over again. Also located in the heart of the town. Would have explored a bit more, but didn't have the time.

Excellent Hôtel, personnel aimable et service irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner continentale est classique mais bon. Chambre spacieuse confortable et bien isolée. L'hôtel est a proximité du sanctuaire et nombre de bons restaurant et transport. Fortement recommande pour un séjour a Lourdes.

à éviter si vous souhaitez dormir

Nous n'avons pu pas pu dormir de la nuit car des groupes de jeunes placés à l'étage ont fait du bruit jusqu'à plus de 3 heures du matin. Ne pouvant plus supporter ces tapages, je me suis rendu à l'étage à 2h30 du matin et j'ai demandé aux groupes de jeunes qui courraient dans les couloirs, qui criaient, qui sautaient sur les lits et tapaient les portes de cesser le bruit. Malheureusement le tapage n'a pas cessé... Nous avons indiqué à la personne à la réception que nous n'avons pas pu dormir en raison de tapages nocturnes jusqu'à plus de 3 heures du matin. La réceptionniste nous a répondu ; "ils sont jeunes, à cet age ils ont besoin de s'amuser, il faut être compréhensif". Nous nous sommes trompés, nous ne savions pas que cet hôtel était en réalité une "boite de nuit"... Pour information, j'ai dû reprendre la route le lendemain après-midi et conduire plus de 900 kilomètres sans avoir pu dormir dans un lieu qui devait être un hôtel. Nous avions pourtant payé pour pouvoir dormir. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à quiconque souhaite dormir et se reposer.
