"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. "Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels...

"Food was not great. Milk was actually powdered. On the other hand amenities were amazing and kids had a blast. I would rather just pay for room and go to town to eat instead of all inclusive. The front desk was v helpful. The facilities are well kept and staff was accommodating."

"Beautiful newer oceanfront property that has excellent service and amenities. All rooms face the ocean with about half having balconies. Sunset views over the Aegean Sea are amazing. If you plan to get in the sea near the property make sure you bring water shoes along. They also have saltwater pool which is luxurious along with spa. Food quality and service is excellent. Hotel is about a 20-25 min walk to the harbor area and flat so easy to walk."

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. We got to eat our breakfast every morning on our balcony looking into the bay around Chania. We liked the location and did not mind making use of the local taxis to spend time in the town where there were plenty of excellent restaurants. The staff were first rate and we wanted for nothing. Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit."

"The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. "
