"Excellent from start to finish. Delighted we were given a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. All the staff we encountered were exceptional including check-in & out ,bars ,breakfast room & Cedars Steakhouse. George the groundsman was super friendly and gave advice on the walks & estate facilities. Food in Cedars was exceptional and breakfast was first class. Our daughter & son-in-law were so impressed by what we told them they have booked 2 nts in Farnham later in October also. "

"Breffni Arms Hotel is a terrific place to stay. We had a family event to attend nearby, and they went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Lovely, quiet room, restaurant on premises had delicious food and great staff. Their omelettes are so good. Location is perfect, and parking was fine. I can't say enough of good things about them. "We stayed here to weather the storm with the power being out at home. Could not be more impressed with the accommodation here. We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. Decided to book again the next night it went so well. "

"Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay."
