"When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. "The staff were excellent- they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Management needs to do something about the elevator issues - our last 2 days, only 1 elevator worked, but often taking us to the wrong floor- very frustrating at times. Overall, a great place to stay."
