Lodges in Los Ríos Region

"cabins look great but apartments not so much. no plugs for sink or bath which was a first. great view of lake from bathroom window 😳"

"We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend."

"Our friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. I would 100% return!"

"It is beautiful and surreal! "

"Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3"

"Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. "

"An awesome location. Stayed a little before the season so it was quiet. Excellent location, the domo was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. "

"Personal amable y preocupado.

"The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "

"The good: - Staff were very friendly and fun. - Convenient location (between the Huilo-Huilo Lodges and the main gate). - Cheaper than the main HH lodges but you can still eat there. The so-so: - Breakfast is served late (9 am) and they are not really ready then either. - If you are leaving early a breakfast is made available but is very poor. - Internet was only only in the lobby building and of moderate speed. The bad: - Rooms were very cold and hear must be turned off during...
