"They provide everything you'd need for a long stay should you prepare some of your own meals. Not lots of people at this place so it's a somewhat more relaxed environment. What I did not like was a lack of air conditioning and also the staff never responded directly to any of my inquiries until many hours later, I'm not sure why but that's my main issue with not giving five stars."

"The hotel overall is nice, parking can be an issue though and there's no mini fridge in the room to keep items cold. The staff overall was very good especially the two ladies that run the cafe who i recommend you tip and the reception desk Fernanado, and Lorimer who also suggested a decent low cost seafood restaurant called Varadero in Puerto Tazacorte. I woke recommend this place the breakfast was very good although the choices are not quite as numerous as very big hotels."

"Great location and beautiful exteriors. The furniture and fixtures could use some updating. Once in a while there was a foul odor in the bathroom. The location and price paid make up for the interior."
