"This property’s advertisement on line looks way better than the actual product. I am usually very generous and relaxed about my lodging so I am not very critical as long as I can have a decent place to stay. This property is the first and only one I have been really disappointed in. Secondly the property has an address of 147 Los Tamarugos . There’s no such number. It’s 149 Los Tamarugos . Thirdly, we arrived at 5pm on a week day, we rang the doorbell for more than 15 minutes while banging on the door too. No answer!!! We called the phone number, a lady answered but nobody came to open the door for 10 minutes. We had to stop a pedestrian and asked him to help us call the property. Much later someone finally came to open the door. The doorbell’s broken. We stayed 3 nights there but that door bell was still not fixed. In addition the hot water was interrupted every night when we were taking our showers. The bell at the service desk was also broken!!! The proprietor tried fixing it but made no progress, the water pressure dropped and the hot water turned warm instead of hot. Breakfast was very limited. The staff were mostly non existent. The place is outdated and looked not very clean. I’m never this critical of any place I have stayed but I have to say we were very disappointed. The positive things were that there were 3 very friendly cats, the terrace was nice (with very dated furniture)to relax, and the property is relatively close to the centre of town . "

"Though the hotel chain Diego de Almagro is good, the one at SPA is not up to expectations. Wifi only in lobby, tv but no cable or wifi, pool too cold to use, bad information... The location, breakfast and room are ok. It is better than local hostales, but not a good hotel as it is promoted"

"The check-in/ check- out were really smooth! Host was super supportive and helpful. There is a morning when my tour started at 4am, they packed me a small breakfast bag which is a super nice touch. I had a lovely stay there! "

"Enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and breakfast options were simple but enjoyable. The staff were able to provide a packed lunch for early mornings with enough notice. There was a language barrier at times but most communication was through Whatsapp and there were no issues arranging check in/out and meals. Very grateful for my stay and would recommend to others."

"The hotel is a very nice eco friendly hotel indeed with quite nice amenities. The hotel at times is hard to find given the roads that lead into it aren’t easy to navigate. The staff at times aren’t there at reception but overall quite a good stay indeed for the price and note that the area around the property has no shops so you have to ensure u have a car. The property also has cats and dogs on property which for animal lovers like us is really nice experience too interacting with them."
