"The stay was amazing. We were there for 9 days, and the staff were just so accomodating. The inner courtyard was beautifully done with fruit trees, and pools. Poolside seating was comfortable and quiet with every opportunity for shade or sun throughout the day. The attached restaurant made great food in huge portions and the sangrias were splendid. The local fruit is just so good. "

"We just finished our fabulous stay. The room was spotless and we so appreciated the VIP welcome fruit platter! The grounds are clean, workers are friendly and very helpful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the hot springs and loved venturing to a couple of the Waterfalls. We did an all day adventure tour and had an amazing time tubing down the river, followed by ziplining through the canyon. " Exceptionally clean, quaint. Very spacious rooms available! Attached to Hotel Karao is quaint Coffee Shop Karao, Small outdoor patio, great coffee and wonderful Chocolate Banana Bread and many other baked breakfast food items. Bottled water, Front Desk and coffee shop staffed 7am-5pm. Check in 24/7, but you will be given code to retrieve room keys after about 5 pm. Phone number of local owners to help is posted if you have an issue. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Very clean and attentive....
