"We like the bee up grade to rooms from our last stay. What we don’t like is that room doesn’t have ironing board and irons anymore. We forgot our pillows noticed that when we got home . But other than that we loved our stay"

"The rooms are in poor condition and the sheets are all stained. The woman manager is customer service oriented though and very helpful- she was great and trying her best to accommodate needs. The man manager there is terrible. He has no idea what customer service means and if you would like to stay in business the woman is great, but reconsider having the man there because you will no longer have clients. The reviews online should be more accurate to know what to expect from this property."

"I had some unusual items that pleased me at this motel. First, I really enjoyed the body care products offered. Pleasant smelling and quite good quality. Next, the refrigerator was set up so nicely that I could freeze my cold packs, and store my cooler items, and was large enough to accommodate my extra large pizza box! I decided to iron my dress, and though the ironing board was kinda broken, I just laid it flat on the bed, and voila, worked perfectly. And I really loved the iron, they had it...

"Pictures look different than what you actually get. First I will say the number one reason we booked this place was price then location. We went to Universal Studios and it was very close so that was worth it just for that. The room was tiny for 2 adults and 2 children even with 2 beds. The room was sooo hot the whole stay.
