Needs to improve on cleanliness. The front desk clerk was very nice and very understending of my needs. I thank him for it, but the owner of this place needs to take better care of this place. Dirty towels, dirty room, no blanket just a very thin bead spread, A/C was not working properly, chairs inside the room had stains all over. Unfortunately my particular room was very dirty, hopefully it was the only one.

Nice stay
Good place to come and sleep at. Neighborhood looks sketchy especially at night but overall is calm, didnt have any problems. Good location from places we visited and had a great guatemalan/mexican restaurant right around the corner to walk to, called Quezaltenango. Room was cleaned every morning and towels replaced but i always bring my own. Good customer service

I would never stay here again not unless you like blood on the wall,filthy pillow covers,door handles that come off in your hand and room door locks that are damaged and loose.

This is my home away from home. I normally stay in 5 star hotels. I just love this hotel probably because I sorta grew up in the area. Also, all kinds of people stay here

Ghetto! Worse place I have ever stayed
Horrible place for these reasons: -Dirty, lots of mold in the bathroom, run down, and outdated - Bad attitude from manager -Bad area in the city and bad crowd in the hotel and around the place (homeless living nearby) - Very noisy (traffic of nearby streets, neighborhood, and other hotel guests) - For the same price, I have been in much better hotels I truly advise to avoid this place

If you see someone doing it, you should report that guest to the office because we do not encourage or allow anyone doing business like that here. I will check on this but It is difficult to check on each guests. I know that you had a problem when checking in where you thought your reservation was prepaid but it was not.

The front attendant was a very nice man. I had a problem with my reservation because I misplaced my wallet and he fixed everything. Her sweet it’s a beautiful room but the area is sketchy af.

Came to the area for a show at the Dynasty Typewriter. Very convenient location for that show but not much else to do around. Neighbourhood isn’t the greatest. Overall a great price for a good clean place to sleep with AC

Hey for the price and the closeness to where I needed to be... it was perfect. I’m not very picky and usually always look for cheap hotels and this wasn’t awful. I had to get a smoking room because it was all they had left, but surprisingly I didn’t smell smoke in there at all. Only thing I might complain about and it’s not really s complaint, is they had soap dispensers by the sink in the shower but I didn’t know what was what. Maybe label them or at least explain to the guests which one is soap, shampoo, lotion? Overall everything was good and working.

I stayed 2 nights here. Location was the criteria of my booking. Maybe I should have looked for better and farther. Exterior sign marked the property well. The check in office seemed ghetto. The room....well, not very pleasing. Cracked hardwood paneling, old bedspread with an older sheet and blanket. Looked like my grandmothers hand me downs. Maybe the management didn’t see the bedding sale at Target where they could upgrade the 50 year old sheets. Pillows flat. The bed was rock hard. I didn’t get any rest on those beds. There was a makeshift clothes bar with left over hangers from maybe Ross or TJ Max. Anyway so sketch! The best low is the tube TV in the stand next to the flatscreen TV that doesn’t work. Since when did an old TV turn into decor? The bathroom facility was clean and looked refurbished. All in all, this was my first and last time staying here. Not a value at $90 per night.

Very good location and many options to grab something quick to eat close-by. Really appreciate the fact that there is parking on-site. However, it was very loud at night. Im not sure if it was the other guests or people walking by but make sure to bring some ear-plugs if tou want to get any sleep.

The only thing I liked was the shower water temp stayed hot . I did not like electrical outlets did not work on one side of room. out dated couch covered with dirty quilt, no ice, no hand towels only 2 wash clothes I had to request, no Kleenex in room, area was run down and noisy

I was glad we only stayed for 1 night - I don’t think we could have handled more. The room looked very disgusting but I will admit the cleanliness was decent it was just its appearance. Noise level was okay - during the day you can hear about everything but thankfully at night it was quiet. Property Management were okay - just okay.
