It was alright. Dead bugs in our room, light bulb in our bathroom was out. 5 cops outside when we arrived kicking people out. You get what you pay for I guess? Front desk people were nice.

Staff was nice. rooms could’ve been cleaner.. found items in our room from a previous guest as well as from the looks of it, blood on our door handle. Had to sanitize knobs, light switches, etc to be safe.

The towels were dirty after I took my shower not only did the towels particles stick to my skin but someone else's hair was on my body.
The rooms are decent but the lighting set up is odd theres a light on both sides of the bed and a lamp but the light switches did not work and there was no ceiling light. I also overheard a worker being rude to a customer over a bar of soap.

The hotel doesn’t offer changing sheets if you don’t stay the fifth night which is ridiculous! We were driving the whole day from my hospital 10hr shift in order to spend my days off near the beach. Also doesn’t give you towel unless you hand them the old ones all the way to reception desk. I don’t know if it’s policy or just laziness. Soap dish was broken and I had to ask the whole day for them to send the new bedsheets so I could put them on the bed. The room was very clean though. And the view of our room was nice.

They charged 250 deposit for two days and extra 100 that I didn’t understand what was for. They said all 350 will be credited to my card after check out. It has been 3 days and the charges are not cancelled.

We arrived at this property to find our room with a beeping smoke detector. They advised it could not be fixed and ask us to stay in the room with the detector unhooked which we said was not acceptable. They moved us to another room and it had no hot water. They said they were booked full and had nothing else to offer. They refused to refund us because it was booked through Expedia and advised we would have to talk to Expedia about it. We had to scrabble to find another place to stay. I would give this place a 0 if possible.

Liked the affordable pet boarding fee. Staff we checked in with had attitude, and called us late in the evening to move a vehicle that wasn’t even ours. Bathroom amenities were left on the floor near the shower (?) and not on the counter next to the bathroom sink. I would describe the renovations done to the place as “ the landlord special” uneven paint job, clear drywall patching, debris. Window was off the railing and had to be forced into place in order to close. It was cheap. We got what we paid for, and luckily we were only staying overnight.

The lady at check-in was not really friendly. Low voice with a cold expression and fast speech make me feel I’m not welcoming here. The room is big and clean, convenient location. I just don’t have good check-in experience. Everything else’s good.
