There was a soap wrap in the restroom (shows they didn’t sweep or clean! A strange smell as well but it kind of goes away as you open the door and let it air! Other than that the room was ok

You were able to hear all the noise through the walls and there was very limited parking. During last night of my stay, around midnight there was a police encounter right in front of the hotel entrance and next to my room door that kept me up.

Bad policy
It’s kind of weird they have policy to kick you out from the hotel when you extend your stay means from 11am until 3 pm. There is non sense whatsoever for this. I think that’s rude for the customer who doesn’t want the room service that represents 4 hours they cut you for the day They have at least to update their towels I rather just bring mines. Is not a bad place is about the management..

Convenient to Downtown LA no frills motel
Great for the price. Close to downtown LA for work. Friendly staff. No frills property. Room not in the greatest condition, but rather clean, bed reasonably comfortable. I plan to stay again.

We received an email from this property, letting us know that my credit card was declined. Therefore, I did not have a reservation for that reason we had to look for another place to spend the night. We tried calling, we were not successful. Therefore, we did not go to the property since we were told we did not have a reservation.

Wouldn’t recommend. Do your homework before booking a room at this hotel. For wifi you have to go downstairs by the checkup counter to take a picture of the password. No ironing board in the room. Enough said

Poor crappy service
The person in charge of my check in was the rudest person i've ever met, poor service and crappy hotel overall they made me wait untill 3 p.m. fot the checkin to tell me they were already full, they trew my ID when they gave it back to me, good thing is we actually find a better place to stay.

Entered my reservation info wrong and checked me out halfway through my stay. When I finally got into my room, it had been reset and my stuff was missing. When I told mgmt, they immediately argued with me that it hadn't been reset. Eventually they found my stuff piled up in the cleaning closet. Saw 2 roaches in my room during my stay.

I showed up to check in and there was a man there who turned in his room key and got money back. Obviously he gave them money to rent the room by the hour. A lot of odd people walking around, and hanging out along motel and on the second and third outdoor levels. I checked into my room and it was not even cleaned. There were two Modelo emptied beer cans on the table with a dirty towel and a mop in the room. And then cockroaches. I did not feel comfortable or really safe in this environment. So I went to return my key and the employee would not give me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE or EVEN CLOSE TO SANITARY

Need Cleaner Rooms
My room overall was ok it just wasn’t clean to be honest. The floors were dirty with rocks and debris on it. My worst gripe was that there was hair all over my pillows. I couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep knowing that the bedding isn’t washed properly or at all
