Staff was very unfriendly as arriving! When we asked for a towel at front desk we were asked if we where guests there and we said yes .. mind we had just checked in 10 mins before, and he said you sure you don’t look like a guess! The rooms were good but we only had one towel for a 2 bed room!! No toiletries. No hand soap no shampoo nothing but toilet paper! We booked this hotel as advertised they provide breakfast! Morning came and we went in at 8 am. And front desk said no breakfast… so I got in touch with the app and the contacted them and they said that we where late to breakfast and they were out this was around 8:25 am as i walked to the office with operator on the line because they where calling me a liar…. The cleaning ladies told us that they have not provided breakfast since before covid! They refused to give any compensation through the the app or anything and as said they didn’t care about their ratings!
Have knees & hip discomfort causing problem with going up stairs. As a result they gave me a ground floor handicapped room. Room very clean. Only problem was adjustable handicapped shower item as couldn't be set in upper position as nothing to lock in place. Had to tie one of my socks around it to keep in place so could take standing shower. On departure showed check out employee & he said it would be fixed. No other problem.
Property gave me a room they most frequently use for many guests. There was a hole in the wall, floor dirty, and used toilet paper in the restroom from previous guests.

Wallet was stolen in-front of a camera but camera failed to see anything 😑
There were holes in the bathroom door and dents in the main door of the suite I had. Limited towels for room and maid service were inconveniently timed. The dresser had missing handles and the desk chair was filthy. The bathroom was nice aside from the lack of warm water until after 45 minutes of idle water running. The staff was unapproachable and the mandatory 3 pm check-in versus competitors' early check-in was very inconvenient. Stalls were inadequately placed for parking and my car got kicked by someone else's car and the ability to use key cards for the room and ice machine was difficult.

Honestly I was disappointed with the customer service of the hotel, they gave me a room that was damaged , the front door and bathroom door had punch holes and seemed like it had been kicked. When I called the front desk and asked why did they give me a damaged room they didn’t seem to care
The lady at check in desk has an attitude, like she's in a bad mode, not just the check in time but next day at checkout time, even if she's owner, i will think that she shouldn't be at the desk,
Cleanliness??? Really?? Carpet so dirty bathroom same dirty and plus the receptionist so rude! Really disappointed!

The first one I got smelled like cigarettes. The second room I got I couldn’t even sleep in there because there was people upstairs banging and making a lot of noise so I left at 11:23 in the night and booked another hotel room in another city.
