I waited over 30 minutes to be admitted inside room for my reservation. Also while I was out of room for 4 hours because I was working between 2am till 830am when I went back to my room at 830am my door was unlocked someone went inside my room while I was out they stole my bottle of wine. I reported to the front desk when I checked out. No action was taken I reported the incident to Orbitz and I was told that they call the hotel and that they were going to refund me for my bottle of wine per front desk of the hotel so I went back the next day and the hotel didn't honor me me the $20 refund! I'm really upset for this situation I'm requesting full refund for this awful experience I went through very unprofessional staff I believe I don't deserve this kind of treatment please help me with this issue Oscar Salazar 6263751676

The people were great but the surrounding area was not good also if you arrive early there was a $25 charge that you can pay online but upon arriving at the hotel was told they were full so I had to wait in my car for another 7 hours while still being charged $25 to check in early just food for thought everyone but like I said the people were very friendly

Mission Accomplishes.
Always had a good experience with this place. Manager friendly, if room isn't available, they will often give estimate for next time available. Reasonable rate any day of the week.!!

Hardly Any Sleep
The room was small and didn't have a clock, facial tissues, or hand lotion. The driveway in and out was the same driveway. It seemed they could have used another driveway to exit the property but that was closed. So you have to be very careful that another car isn't coming from the opposite direction when using the driveway. But the worse part were the extremely noisy and inconsiderate guests in the adjoining room! They stayed up all night talking. As I didn't have a clock in the room, I couldn't be sure of the exact time, but my guess was at least 3am or 4am. And at one point, they blasted their radio that was very loud! I couldn't call the front desk as there was no phone in the room. I wasn't sure anyone was at the front desk at this obscene hour anyway. I could not get much sleep and I had to be up around 6:30am. I think the inconsiderate guests finally shut up around 4am and I was able to get couple hours of sleep. I know the hotel can't control the behavior of their guests, but if they had 24 hour security, they would definitely have heard all the ruckus and shut them down earlier. This made for a terrible experience.

There was smoke smell in a non smoking room we reserved. First room they give didn't have refrigerator working. When we told the issue they asked us to move to a room which had strong smoke smell.

A Clean Getaway
Hotel is always great when I stay here. Management has always been very courteous and nice. Rooms are always very clean. Ive never had a problem with this establishment.

Didn't get to check in I pick pay at hotel when I got to hotel my reservation was canceled he wouldn't give me a reason why and I traveled all the way from 85th and I'm homeless to get to this room with no solution it was horrible I had to sleep in my car another night

Overall the place is very good. The only thing i didn't like is the shower; the floor is cracked and patched with a piece of duct tape.

Good place to lay your head
It was a nice place to lay your head for a night or two. Parking is definitely tricky but doable. No frills but the essentials are done well

MISSION MOTEL IN LYNWOOD 👎👎👎👎
VERY DIRTY ROOM. THERE WAS A BLOOD BOOGER ON THE WALL THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY. THEY STATE NO PETS AND THERES SOMEONE WITH A PET. WE WERE DENIED ANOTHER ROLL OF TOILET PAPER. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN👎👎👎👎😡😡😡WE WANT A REFUND I REPORTED TO THE NAYOR OF LYNWOOD AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT. STAFF WAS NOT WEARING MASKS OR GLOVES

The office was nothing but a cubby hole. I believe a Continental breakfast was included but no information was given at registration and no signs to indicate where it was set-up. Their was only one entrance and exit in use. You needed to make a U turn in the parking lot. A worse case scenario would be two cars meeting at the entrance/exit at the same time in apposite directions. Someone would definitely will have to back-up. The only thing I can safely say is the rooms were clean and decent. Just like TraveLodge.

I chose the Mission Motel because it was inexpensive and 20 minutes from LAX. The room itself was not bad, though the mattress was sufficiently old that it was rather sway-backed. The neighborhood is not great -- reception is behind thick bullet-proof glass.

New guy don't know how to check people in
The front desk guy kept saying that I booked my room using Expedia and I told him no that I used hotels.com and he kept saying that he had to call Expedia to verify and charge me even though I had prepaid and even showed him the email. It took a long time to finally check in and he said Oh yeah you are right.

We had a nice visit and were a little surprised at how nice the accomodations actually were. The nice man who chrcked us in was exceptional. We were a few minutes before the 11pm check in end.
