Never Again!!!
They had roaches and AC stopped working middle of the night and would not work after that and they go knocking on your door 1hr before checkout time to make sure you check out on time

The hotel didn’t have any rooms available for us, even though I call them earlier that we were in a concert. No until I call Expedia they give us a dirty, smelly room.

A no-frills, nice place to put your head
Seemed like a nice location and place. This is not a typical big-box hotel (it's an older building retrofitted) but the room did the trick, was clean, quiet and comfortable and the service staff were great. Would use again.

I love how clean and updated it was, wish it had a mini fridge or ice machine in room coffee would have been nice. That's all minor stuff... due to the cleanliness I'll be back

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Consider getting better quality. Feel unsafe as one car next to us was vandalized inside the hotel.

Everything turned out to be good although the neighborhood it is said to be ghetto it looks like a normal suburbs not your stereotypical city ghetto. Its noisy due to proximity Vernon an industrial city but other than that its compared to other hotels around the area for its the service it provides

The room looked exactly like the room displayed for a two bedroom. Sometimes listings can be deceiving and this was not the case for us. The room was clean but the towels were pretty old. They looked like they had gone through hundreds of washes. The bed was comfortable and lighting was good. The stairs leading up to the room had a foul smell. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Area was very overwhelming with lots of noise from everywhere. Stuffy rooms with le towels. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Just too much going on.

They gave me the control for the tv but it never worked, it was disprogrammed, there was hairs on the bed sheets, also you could hear everything from the other rooms, there was a lot of screaming and fighting! Did not get a good sleep , ohh and another thing is that there was a lot of women coming and going! A lot of prostitution going on there, really uncomfortable when you have your family with you
