The big things were good, with a few niggles. Great location, food is wonderful. Towels were a bit ragged on one day, no creamer supplied with in-room coffee on one day, and on-demand TV did not work for 3 days despite technician's visit.

Me and my husband LOVE staying at this property when visiting my daughter. Only one small issue we had this time was the room we were in was right behind the gym. We could hear people going in and out and hear the tread mill when someone was on it.

We were seeing a performance at UCLA and what better place to stay? The hotel is lovely. All the staff were gracious and helpful. The restaurant onsite is excellent! Would stay here again.

Great front desk service. Wish the rooms came with frig and microwave, but everything else was great. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was outstanding. The half chicken was cooked perfectly(tender and moist chicken breast). The whole family loved the meal.

The hotel is located at the center of UCLA campus. It's convenient for driving to many places, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Getty Center, and downtown LA. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's on campus and very safe to walk around at night, with walking distance to Westwood Village, which has a lot of restaurants and shops. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel.

Right at UCLA. The property has degraded from last year. Noisy wind hissing sound, no more tv program in the gym. This time round, the gym was out of towels for the whole weekend.

When we get to our room, the sheet is a bit dirty, then I called the front desk, the night manager there switched us to another room and gifted us some wine vouchers and a box of chocolate which is really nice of him! We really appreciate his kindness. While the stay, I’m not sure if it’s because we are close to the ice machine or a construction were going on, it’s abit noisy during the night. However we were really tired after our day schedule so didn’t bothered us too much. Very safe and nice area since it’s inside UCLA, and very convenient to the Main Street which had a lot access to restaurants. Would definitely stay next time if they can improve the noice part a little bit:)

Convenient location in the middle of UCLA! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Milton, the valet, and GiGi at the front desk, were especially friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good margherita and pepperoni thin crust pizza and the Moroccan orange infused pancakes and lox and bagels were delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!

the room was great and very clean. only complaint was a noise that wouldn't stop which sounded like a pipe howl. it drove me crazy. probably not audible from all rooms but I was on the 4th floor.

There was a VIP guest and event that increased. Had to only enter front entrance. The bridge access to parking lot was closed so had to go down several floors and then cross street with luggage in tow. At security point, there was a delay because they could not find reservation. The first person was looking for reversed first and last name. Also our room was noisy. We usually get a central location but this room was right by the elevator. We heard hallway noise as well as normal conversation in adjacent rooms. Finally, there was construction or at least someone hammering throughout the day starting at 7-7:30am everyday we were there.
