Worst decision
We were told "no guests other than the 2 people staying there" not even allow to have my mom or dad come to the room to help us unload even though they had their own hotel to stay at.

dirty place to stay
the room smelled so bad as soon as you walked in. the bed sheets were used and dirty stained. the towels were used and stained. they don’t replace anything. will not book again. the chair they provide for the desk was broken. the shower curtain was stained yellow and black.

Okay I was driving for days and I was very very tired. I called the hotel approximately at 1:40 a.m. and requested an early check-in. I didn't expect you know, that would let me in right away like that but I figured a couple of hours I'm after they do their audits they could let me in like the one that leaves the light on for you does. Well not only did they tell me that they don't even have an early check-in policy. But that if I wanted to come now they had no rooms available so I am aware that the rooms are available to us after 3 PM I explained to them that I was very very tired and it just didn't seem to matter. Then they called me back a few hours later in the day and asked me what happened was I canceling they need me to call Expedia and the man couldn't even recognize my confirmation number so I basically am very disappointed in this hotel it's in the middle of an area of town that frequents prostitutes and druggies Expedia why do you sponsor this motel. I apologize for the run into a run-on sentence I'm using text-to-speech

It was a non-smoker room and it smelt like cigarettes. They asked for a $50 Cash deposit. The bed had stains on it as well as the side of the mattress. The bathroom shower liner had mold, and dirty marks throughout the shower liner.

Terrible customer service, because I missed my flight and I arrived late to check in they sell out my room and I had to look for a new place to stay at the middle of the night simply the front desk told me your late and no available room and he left me at the window and went inside..
