CITY Views Books Up Fast Especially on Weekend or Special EventsWe appreciate the two star review, This building is a hotel, and actual porters boarding house from the 1800 's Stayed Here .... established from the Riverun Train station that was more spectacular Then the Present Day Union Train Station. The Suites are more like Micro Train Suites from the Hey Day Everything is Asis except we don't use the Transom anymore.... Then in the 1900 pre Dodgers stadium Baseball Players riding the Train would literally come and stay and play at Doheny recreation Field with Vegetable fields in the Back Ground and a City Scape of the City Of Los Angeles. Our Clients come first yes mistakenly a party In King Suite opted to Extend, And note they normally call the office Sorry I found out while assisting your entry... So Yes we did have to give alternate access. But I was available an assisting you continuously by phone, and had back up on site Marina and Jiame to help me.....At the City View we basically have Only 1 King Suite. It's Cute. Simple poster bit for poster bed metal. Ikea style. and private bathroom Simi, the rooms are like. hotels style. Airbnb hostel style. Just simple. cute straight to the point. for an affordable option.Just to let the reviewer know we will be posting more pictures. but the demand has been very great. so that people can see everything. and we'll be upgrading the sweets even more continuous. so that you know the guest who are. coming can be happy. The room that you booked was about the size of an IKEA floor room. You know, a nice straight, sweet studio. Like booking I think it had a 37 inch TV. I'll check to see if the TV size is the right size and will take it under consideration to upgrade. We aim to please so. what I'm doing is after this review is to. view is to make sure that every is perfect for possibly a next visit. and trying to meet and succeed all reviews and expectations. at the same time keeping it simple, nice, clean and cost efficient while giving you the jazz and the cool effects.You have to request a view. There are basically, I believe, three suites with the view facility. One view is of Elysian Park. and Triangle Park the agapi church and the hill. and the bridge. Alternate views. Eastern exposure, sunrise. Another view. is the city of Los Angeles. and a European style bistro.99% of our guests really like and really love city views To get a refund, we have to know your name. You know the dates that you booked and to find out if you're under Booking penalties. there's always other people that are looking for an affordable. property to be able to save money and get some sleep and to get up and go.If you answer anonymously. how can we help? Hello We give you 5 Stars.. Great For Guest Safety and Limited Staff we have a contactless check In... It works good if the Traveler has paid in Advance, Then all rooms are checked and rechecked.... etc, etc,,, Mistakes are made sorry sometimes. But the Contactless check In works well with Todays Time SometimeAnd i will handle that I would like to always see a smile happy guest.... I'm making a suggestion of More Towels, And in the future ask they did have them onsite and i will put phone numbers to the office to be able to get towels etc and will put more amenities... We are small but we can do better... What we do is validity we give you 5 Starsand will Try to Make your Expectations, and Make it a simple but better place to stay. JorgeThank you so much for enjoying your stay. The Rooms are great nice Small Simple Clean and Ikea or Hostel style. The Beds are made with Nice High Quality Linen Cotton Bedding. The Windows most are 10 feet tall at least. ( Guessing ) This is a contactless facility we are really nice and want everyone to be safe. All guest must contact us prior to arrival at least 2 days send identification, and we give immediately the lockbox and passwordd.We want and desire little contact as possible and would like to keep you safe too... no joke.The Best Parking because wewant to see you back yes... is on Avenue 19 opposite side of the street there is ample parking there...... but if you select to park on our side it is first come first serve parking.We hope this answered the Questions and will make it Easier for you in the future.

Wow thank you Adrian so much a lot of historic properties and Celebrity Suites are more non script Very Private. We Sell.out every day and most Travelers love not being high profile as tourists they can come and go and melt in without fear. The Enterance Very Private the tourists can come and go discreetly which is. 5 stars lol. Everyone isn't going to like us but the photos of the units are true to site. I have so many favorites the suite with Marilyn Monroe is cool.but.small quaint straight to the point easy to come and go as a travelerNot crazy big but simple cute with table chair cool photos on the wall. Private bath etc. Then I peaked inside of the King suite small but all the linen is white clean nice comfy bed large cabinet ikea rustic style large ref in both but thos has a poster bed white dreamy ... now I saw several poster beds in two suites... then there is a larger frontal suite which has a beautiful view of elysian park styled hotel like... but we are known for the history and location and just being simple and nice this area has roughly hundreds of people at events 5 minutes walking away great location for events in the area small nice outside patio walk.

We get really great reviews from positive travelers , who come for Mpvie locations visiting Los Angeles state Historic park Dodgrr Stsdium Rose Bowl and parade Downtown, Chinatown sn Hollywood but we are not the closest to the Airport we are 30 minutes away... I believe you were referring to another location but we really love our guest... Rooms are simple Queen or King suites like our photos sparse decor Travelers love it because they are clean an great for travelers easy to come an go at am affordable option an close to too many attractions. This property started with The Riverland Train Station Historic the Train Porters...It was basically one of the Main Hubs, and then Doheny Park which is a block away The Original Field of Dreams with the Corn Field in the Back drop the City of Los Angeles. Some people like us If they like Simple Historic Venues, But if they like standard Motel 6 or 8 ours might although a little above the Standard with amenities people like what they like, but we hope to get 99.9% like ratio...... Ideal para turistas internacionales, nacionales y de bajo presupuesto.Pondremos planos de planta para todas las suites y estas suites están reservadas al 100 %.Tenemos un 99,9% de Me Gusta y seguiremos sumando.Bueno, agregamos nuevos televisores de pantalla plana y actualizamos el WIFI recientemente, por lo que las cosas están mejorando.El número de hilos es 150*-200% algodón. Tratamos de mantener la colcha blanca para que nuestros clientes sepan que están limpias... y tenemos una buena tasa de repetición de clientes...Muchas gracias por contar con nosotros apreciamos la estancia.
