Night staff isn’t as nice and helpful as morning staff was way more friendlier. Other than that it was nice and the facility was clean. Breakfast was mid.
The hotel is well maintained and the location is convenient. Glad that cash payment is accepted. Located directly across the street from Pasadena Galleria and convenient walking distance dining options. Staff is friendly, parking garage is secure and free breakfast is very good. Recommended!

This hotel was close to a funeral service we attended, and close to the mall with shops and restaraunts. The hotel had gated parking. Breakfast good and they had coffee and hot water for tea in the lounge all day.

The property its self was ok. The staff was very nice and friendly. The gentleman at the bar was really nice. The room had some rips in the head board. There was no caulking around the shower or outside the shower. There were dirt stains on the outside of the tub. The toilet paper handle was lose. The ac & heat did to work at all. The thermostat needs to be updated. The breakfast had no flavor at all. The oatmeal was tasteless.

I loved having rhe covered smoking deck, there were 2 other places as well, the beds were great linen was great. People were very nice. Beeakfast was great a good variety in my 3 day stay. Parking was easy.

Very convenient location; v friendly staff & clean, newish rooms. Breakfast was great (some sort of eggs, sausage, french toast waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc.). Pool is outside, but heated so that it was useable even during the winter months (in late Feb anyway). Kids really enjoyed it..

Very nice property, check in was fast and easy and staff was very friendly no matter the time of day. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is just a short walk to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Only 10 minute drive to the LA zoo and MGM studios.

We only stayed one night, and did not spend much time in the room, but we were very pleased by the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the staff. We left an item behind, and it had been found, and saved for us, which we were grateful for. The breakfast wasn’t great. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water and we waited quite a while for the french toast sticks that were never replenished. The location was ideal, and it was perfect for our quick trip.

The hotel was close to some great places to get desserts and places to eat and drink. All within walking distance. The entrance was locked when we went to check in but it was very late at night so it was understandable.

We booked multiple rooms, when my son arrived, he had to call me because the desk would not accept a different credit card for the parking fee. There were no glasses in the room, only paper coffee cups. We called the desk and were told glasses would be delivered to the room; they never came. The towels are poor quality, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.

We opened a bottle of wine and looked for a glass to use. There was a paper coffee cup, but no glass. We called the desk and were told glasses would be delivered to the room, they never zame. The plastic cups for juice would have been OK, but thw paper cup wasloq xlass. Also the linnens were worse than Motel 6 and the toilrt tissue was like sandpaper. Hilton shoukd be ashamed to have their name on this place. Kocation was great

Un-friendly Staff, Not very helpful, run down room, booked a 2 night stay and decided to check out after the first night and was unable to get a refund for the 2nd night due to the cancelation fee being equel to the cost of the room for the night...how convienient. They also charge about $30 a night to park in there garage (Also non -refundable if you pay in advance)

Place was beautiful and not crowded. It was clean and the service was great! One of the two elevators was not working so it did take a while to get between floors.

The staff was very welcoming, our room was clean and super comfy, the parking lot is private and gated, and it is so close to dining and shopping.

Didn’t like anything, the building was old, moldy. The rooms and hall way smelled like urine, the carpets smelled. The bathrooms smell like urine. The breakfast had nothing good to eat, boxed processed eggs, the fruits were un ripped like cardboard. I don’t recommend my enemy my dog to stay there.
