"I was a little hesitant about booking a stay at a “hostel” HOWEVER!!! After staying here it felt more like a bed and breakfast minus the breakfast lol. "The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful.
The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around.

"We were staying there for 3 nights. The hotel was terrible, closet were chipped everywhere, hardwarewas poor, shower cubicle floor was wet when we checked-in. No chair/table in the room. Room size is small too.
Our room facing Hollywood Blvd, the noise level was unacceptable. Reception staff told us the noise will last till 3am on every weekend, we asked to put on ear plug instead (already placed in the room). Think they have known the issue, and always handle like this.

"We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."
