US Open 2023
The host was amazing. The property location was great-within walking distance of many activities. Easy to get to. The parking spot off the street was wonderful. The townhome provided everything I needed for the 10 days I was there.

Chuck is a wonderful man. He came to Beverly Hills to participate in the Gulf U.S open at UCLA. He enjoyed the area, actually tried his best to get us tickets to the open. jogged all the way from the unit to UCLA gulf course, Enjoyed the restaurants, shopping and walking thru Beverly Hills , a wonderful honorable guest to have. I hope he comes back.

Beverly Hills Beauty
Location in a beautiful area of the city. Private entrance, private residence. Came with all you need to feel right at home. multiple things to do and places to see close by. Comfortable couch and bed, nice hot shower. Dryer and Washer worked great. Was such a nice place I ended up booking another night ! Definitely will be back.

The property was clean and comfortable with privacy. The location is great in the middle of nicer communities and businesses. The owners of the property where very helpful and accommodating.

Dan was an Artist with beautiful art to be installed on Pacific design property.That is the property where after parties for Oscar and Golden Globe Etc happen.

We liked Windows overlooking yard, Location, W/D, small, but nice layout. What we didn't like, entire house needs paint, very narrow walkway, it snagged clothing. Kitchen oven needs to be replaced, Fridge needs LH opening door. Bedroom mattress ok for wife, too soft for me. TV cable went out!!! Totally unacceptable. Total experience OK, defiantly needs some upgrades.

First of all they charge you double in taxes, Expedia said $110 and I left paying $206 with the extra “taxes. It was clean but had a very strange smell. The sheets are mismatched and look like they came out of the goodwill bin. I was very disappointed with our stay.

The charges are clear. There is a cleaning fee and there is a fee for an extra guest. Half a block from us the rates of Hotels are 700$-900$ a night.

This is a very convenient location to a lot of places yet far enough away that it's very peaceful! I will gladly stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

The property was advertised as a comfortable condo. It was comfortable. It was not a condo. More of a mother-in-law apartment. It started with the key, was not what we were told. There were several small things that did not work, including the bathroom plug. Needs fine tuning. Though It was a good price.

The property is an independent guest house which is in an extremely good location in Beverly Hills for around 100.00 a night, Half a block from a Hotel which is going for 770.00 a night and right behind a 30 Million dollar house across the alley.

Great location for visiting the sunset strip. It could have been more clean, you have to be very careful when you park with a car, because of the small parking lot. The way to the apartment is very small and there are a lot of things to bump your head or something else. The sleeping couch should be replaced.

Half a block from our location the rooms go for 770.00 a night and there is a 50 million dollars house across the alley.882 north Doheny which belonged to Frank Sinatra and Marylin Monrore is in front of you.I believe that justifies 100.00 dollars a night.
