It was a run-down hotel room the only comfort was the fact that we did not say they're just rested our head in the evening that was it

my nightmare
i was very very unhappy with booking online in advance because i am having trouble geting my refund because upon arrival i was told by the front desk person to unplug the heater from the outlet when done using it because the on/off switch was not working and when i did i got shocked! and nothing was done for me, instead i was acused of lying and told to be quiet and also the hotel was so disgusting everywhere. i ended up leaving and was denied a refund and had no money and had to sleep in my car for the freezing night.

Easy to checkin and such, people were nice. Hotel was gross and half destroyed. Stuff all over the floor and walls. I think there was blood on the shower curtain and people outside checking the doors randomly during the day and trying to get in. Parking is good though. Checked out early

Worst stay of my life! Pay couple more bucks and stay somewhere decent. Prostitution going on there at its finest, some people permanently live there, cockroaches on your face at the middle of the night. The inside has graffiti on the walls and door, no clean towels, bed sheets had a blood stain. I’m not a person to give reviews at all, let alone a negative review but HONESTLY this one I had no choice. Don’t believe me? STAY THERE.

AVOID AT ALL COST. DIRTY AND NO AC
Arrived AFTER check in time and they still had us WAIT 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. The room was NOT CLEAN when we went in after waiting. The photos of the rooms are deceiving and The rooms are far dirtier than they appear in photos. The AC didn’t have knobs to turn on! HOTELS.COM was unable to refund me for this visit despite the fact that we chose to leave this hotel due to NO AC and POOR SERVICE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. PAY EXTRA AND GO TO A HOTEL DOWN THE STREET.
That was our room being cleaned at 4PM

It was horrible the bed frame under the bed was broken and the head board was just placed behind it wasnt even secure the A/C vent was broken so the air was just blowing down to the floor for only 40 rooms there was no parking the cleaning ladies would save parking spots and then give attitude when you parked in a certain spot..... it was horrible never going to book a room there again i wish i got my money back

Very cheap but you get what you pay for!
Check in was not smooth.. waited 10 min since they were changing shifts. Room was dirty, bed was broken and in between the bed was dirty. I booked 2 nights but ended up leaving that same day. Gentlemen at the counter was nice enough to give my money back for the second night.

Check in was at 11:50 pm, Guy at desk was very nice. Got my key /card and as im walking I’m looking up at the place and thinking this doesn’t look too good because I have never stayed here before so I wasn’t sure what i was in for. right when I walked into my room I was slapped in the face with a stale smoking room. Basically they need to clean up their rooms and repaint...Also carpet could stand a cleaning. or put new carpeting in..... i hate to say this but I’m mostly will not return...

Mis experiencias pasadas han sido muy buenas, pero esta estuvo de lo peor. Las cortinas mal puestas, no habia donde colgal la ropa no habia donde colgar el papel sanitario no habia luz el el lavamanos y tengo foto de todo eso que les digo.

This place is actually pretty good for the price. It's nothing nice, clean, or comfortable. However it meets my needs, the management is really cool, and it's close to my office. I will definitely book this again...

I never checked in. The guy at the counter is a dick head of the highest order. I booked for july 24th to 25th. Didn't let me check in when i arrived at 1:00 am on july 24th . Told me to come on the 24th at 2pm. I informed this dink that it was the 24th.

Yes that’s correct. When you book on a specific date, the check in time is at 2pm. Not anytime. It seems like you may not fully understand how to check in.

The man who greeted me handled everything fast. The room was really dirty and outdated. Had a char but no table or desk. Has a refrigerator. Doesn’t have any bugs that are visible, smells like cigarette, bad neighbors from all angles. Otherwise it’s okay for a quick rest and shower.
