Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX
The room was not available at the check in time. I had to wait 30 mins to check in. The 2nd day I asked for service and the front desk worker never put the request in. The room was norma, it wasn’t as clean as it could be, but clean for a hotel.

Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel
The room was great, a continental type breakfast would have been appreciated. We felt the buffet breakfast for $39 is extreme so we ate from the little shop. We have not yet received the room deposit back.
