Hotel is no longer provide Body Lotion and Hair Conditioner that were provided before. Hotel bed mat is old type hard spring base, feeling like sleeping in the air, making my low back painful

Self free parking was the best amenity. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Would go here again. It is a little far to the areas we want to get to in ktown like the clubs/bars but it was a great stay experience overall

It needs some remodeling for the interior hallways and rooms. The elevator needs to be updated and maintained. It made a horrible noise when getting on and off.

Great unique hotel with convenient location. Improvement would be in the connecting walls. We could hear a child next door running back and forth in the room for 1/2 hour at 7am.

Even though it’s an older hotel, it’s very clean very elegant rooms are spacious in the hospitalities definitely there and you can’t beat the free parking and no resort fees

The hotel was very clean. People were friendly. Parking was included. It's a short drive to the convention center downtown.
