We loved our room. It was large, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tube. They were clean and we were the only ones using them.

Decent place with breakfast. Clean and beds were ok. The pull out sofa was not comfortable at all. The only real problem is that for some reason music was played in the drive under roof when you check in. But it played all night. And loud enough to hear it in the rooms. We use white noise to sleep so it was drowned out for us

Breakfast was good, lots of options. Pool didn't have towels. Lots of used towels just laying around. The evening desk people were almost never there and they didn't answer the phone too. The morning desk person was always there. The amenities were good. The bed was comfortable.

Very clean , comfortable, quiet and up to date. Breakfast choices were excellent. Key locks on exterior doors work well but it took multiple card swipes each time to open room door. Also, Direct TV remote in room did not work properly. Finding or changing channels was very difficult.

Hotel was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised for a Holiday Inn: friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast had MANY options and was surprised with hot items. I have a gluten allergy so there was limited breakfast items I could have but if I’d been traveling with my family it would been more than enough! Overall pleasantly surprised and recommend!!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and business like. This is what I would expect from this chain and worked for the buisness I needed to do. It is not near anything so you do have to decide if you want to be close to work or be close to after work places (bars, restaurants, or shops).

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great and the dining room was kept clean. We were on the basement floor and were able to have convenient access to our vehicle out of the side door.

Love visiting Los Alamos for the surrounding beauty. I always stay at the Holiday Inn the staff that works here are always friendly, professional and helpful. They always make sure you are taken care of. I give 100 stars. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool/Jacuzzi are welcoming and the breakfast is delicious.

everything was amazing besides the fact they put us in a room that was right above the dining area and were waken up pretty early to loud stomping and the sound of chairs screeching.
