"The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed."

The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. "This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
