"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. "The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "
