"The property appeared to be very private, serene and clean on the outside. However, the actual apartment was left in an unkempt state which rendered it unlivable based on the cost I had paid and for which I am still awaiting a refund of my funds because I had no choice but to seek alternative accommodations as contacting the property management was futile. Expedia responded several days later, apologized for the tardiness in responding and said they would meet with their board and get back to me...

"The appartement was clean and fine to come into. It is a cozy place, just as it gets described. I do think though, that the bathroom is extremly little, and this it not to be seen in the pictures. The bed under the ceiling is a kingsize matraze, but it is placed far too close to the loft. This is not a plus. "This little apartment had everything I needed and was in a great location for both walking and public transport. "

"First of all we did not really stay at this place but got redirected to another property because the rooms we booked were under renovation. This hostel is located quite far from the city center and we were redirected to one quite close to the center - why did they not inform us of this beforehand? What's more, transport was not provided and we had to make our way to the other hostel ourselves. From what we did see of cheapsleeps, it was noisy and full of men. "Excellent place to stay for an early flight. We ended up staying the night before as well and went into Helsinki on the train on a day pass (only 12 Euros). It was steps from the hotel, and basically constant service. We never had to wait to get on one more than a minute or two. And we didn’t have to worry about transferring luggage from one hotel to another. Really a perfect experience. The only thing I missed there was salami type meat on the breakfast buffet, but the rest of the selection there more than made up for that! Will definitely stay again if I’m in Helsinki."
