"It was close to a lot of amenities downtown and the Calgary tower was across the street. The valet service was good and the room was comfy enough. The staff were professional and courteous. But as it was downtown TONS of sketchy people everywhere. We didn’t NOT feel safe but at the same time we felt the need to lock our car doors immediately. "

"This review focuses specifically on accessibility. I use a walker for mobility (not a wheelchair) and had reserved an accessible room (Room 323). We arrived late in the evening, around 10:00 PM. The parking situation was challenging—the main lot is quite small, and no spaces were available upon arrival. There are only two designated accessible parking spots, both of which were occupied. Front desk staff mentioned an additional parking area at the back of the hotel that “not many people know about,” but it was also nearly full. As a result, I had to be dropped off at the front entrance while my wife searched for parking and ultimately found a spot at the rear of the property. Notably, there appeared to be a higher number of reserved spaces for VIP members than for guests requiring accessible parking. Regarding the room itself, I would not consider it truly accessible. The entryway features a narrow hallway that made it difficult to open the door while maneuvering a walker into the room. The overall room size was also quite limited. Initially, the bathroom seemed promising due to the walk-in shower; however, it proved to be highly impractical. The toilet is positioned extremely close to the counter, leaving minimal space to sit comfortably. A grab bar is mounted near the counter, with the toilet paper holder located directly beneath it—protruding over the toilet seat. We actually had to remove the toilet paper roll to allow enough space to attempt to sit down."

"The room was lovely. Good parking. The restaurant had hours of operation that didn’t work for our schedule. I had a problem with a double booking that Expedia could resolve easily but the hotel staff did not answer the phone with several tries so I was charged."

"The room was large, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that there were 2 choices of restaurants attached to the hotel and a Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient and walkable to the BMO Centre and across the street from the Calgary Tower which is worth taking in if you have the time. "
