"The room isn't big, but its clean and they have done a nice job arranging things so that it has everything you need to be comfortable (and providing extras like chocolates on our pillows and bath salts). "Incredibly cozy and enchanting. The front desk clerk was friendly and inviting. When you enter the building, you are surrounded by warm rich woods, stained glass, and Edison bulbs that cast a low amber light. The Historic Queen room I stayed in was delightfully minimal, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room opens up to a private balcony with a little bistro table. I recommend sleeping with the window open to feel the beach air and listen to the ocean."

"Before Salt Hotel and Pub opened or reopened(?) we only thought of Ilwaco as a fishing stop. Now for us it’s a destination! Great food and drinks at the pub, cozy comfy rooms, minutes from Long Beach and Astoria. Highly recommend!"
