"Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Location is quieter than other local options. Still city noise but rooms are free from neighbour noise/ traffic etc. Everything is very tech savvy and easy to operate. Beds and pillows are fresh and comfy. There are so many thoughtful extras I can’t explain them all. I usually go to the Pan or Waterfront and they don’t compare to the Pacific Rim. I’ve found my new home from home….
