The room we dusty. It wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom light didn't work. There was little to no hot water. We had no towels when we got there and when I asked for towels to front the staff person complained.

The elevator was out of order and they had our room on 4th floor. My daughter has a boot on her foot and could not walk up all those stairs.
