We’ve had such a wonderful stay — the staff were warm and helpful throughout, with a couple of them were especially kind and made our time in Harbin even more memorable. The room was clean and the breakfast were so well prepared.

Shangri-La Songbei, Harbin
Hotel staff was very helpful in organising our activities. We needed to purchase additional suitcases and they even guided us through an online purchase which was in Mandarin. Breakfast selection was brilliant. Perfect location.
