"There was ants, but overall the room was clean"

"The towel radiator rails were rusty and leaking in both rooms. We were in 100 and 101 in basement. Mould in showers. Pump hand soap in bathroom would be better than bars. Rooms were cold took ages to heat up with the a/c machine. Marks on the velvet bed looks like sick down the sides. No bed guards at hotel and children on single beds and not even against a wall with a radiator next to them although they didn’t seem to work. Swimming pool is tiny and only suitable for a couple of people at a time. Breakfast was average basic tea and coffee no machines with choice. Pictures definitely make it look better than it is. "
