"Stayed at Mount Richmond Hotel for a week whilst visiting Auckland from overseas. Despite the location being slightly out from Auckland city, it is an easy drive into the city or public transport is available. From the moment we arrived, the young gentleman working reception in the afternoons was very kind and welcoming and extremely helpful, even providing recommendations after we had an issue with our car. The room was spotless, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep every night. The hotels facilities, including the pool and spa were excellent and great to use after a long day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend staying here!"

He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and offered us an upgraded room with more space. Ivan, who served us at the restaurant, was also exceptional—very attentive and professional, with excellent customer service skills. Overall, we had a wonderful experience."
