"The disappointment was the bathroom toilet stall. A very strong urine smell was prevalent, It is obvious to me that the hotel knew about the leaky toilet, the cleaning people knew how to clean it, and temporarily reduce the urine smell but within an hour it was strong and very smelly each of the two days we stayed. But the hotel rented us the room when there were other alternatives. We stayed in a Mgallery hotel in Paris (Boutet) and were impressed enough to try the Mgallery hotel in Metz, so disappointing. We will be very hesitant to to stay at another hotel Mgallery hotel again…"
