"Hotel was a good value and close to everything. Walkable to the beach (7 min), restaurants (5 min), boardwalk (15 min). Received vouchers for mini golf, beach chairs and umbrella, entrance to Delaware Botanical Gardens (25 min inland), and free breakfast. Has good pool for kiddos. The only reason I didn't give four stars, was our ground floor room smelled very wet, and the rooms were pretty bare. All in all, we'd stay there again."

"Everything was good But your Toilets are Too Low Please invest in Raised Toilets I have been coming to your Hotel for over 25 Years. I use to have Bus Loads of People and Blocking at least 25 Rooms. Therefore I see a Lot of Improvements to your Hotel and I plan to come back in 2027"
