"Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going."

"I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean."

"Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!"

"All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out"

"I would never stay at another hotel 8 never experience I had here was worse I've ever experienced took a shower the water was very lukewarm got to go breakfast at 9:38 found out it was over at 9:30 wish I didn't tell us what time breakfast started or ended tell me that the waffles was all gone mess didn't know how to put a $50 security deposit down to get out of my bill money you pay the security deposit after I already booked the room and paid for in advance I had to take $50 out of my bill...

"Absolutely terrible, rude staff, dirty rooms and dirty property. Definitely avoid if you have children as I found a pile of needles in the grass outside, and not the sewing kind."

"The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me."

"The room smelled of smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and a dirty towel lying on the floor. The property was a mess - dark and grown up in weeds. There was a hole in the wall and the cabinets were taped shut. The bathroom cieling was caving in and had water damage."
