"Long beach airport next door and shuttle was quick.
M club attendees were great.
Main issue I had is requested a late checkout for 1 pm. Left my bags at front desk in case didnt return from program by 1 and left. I returned before Noon and was told I was checked out. I just wanted to go to room and change. Instead used bathroom.
Didnt appreciate that level of care."

"It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder.
The room was simple and clean
Very quiet.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft.
We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room.
It was a very comfortable stay
I would stay there again."

"Not worth what they charge for the area around the property many homeless. We were told over the phone we could leave our car at the property while we went on our cruise that it was thirteen dollars a night only to be told on arrival we don't offer this option anymore. We won't be returning to this location again."

"Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!"
