"The staff at the front desk was pretty good for the most part. We were comfortable in our suite for the most part. Our room was actually pretty nice and we situated 5 of us pretty well in a room that's suited for up to 6 people. However, We did mention on two different occasions that the water pressure in the shower was not strong, and that the ice-maker in our refrigerator was not working. "Filthy place. Broken elevator. Flies inside the room.
As I walked into the office to check in, there were already a few people complaining that their rooms were filthy and one person even showed a picture of the toilet in their room being clogged up. The floors in the room itself looked gross. There’s one elevator and it was broken so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and it tough. The bed sheets had stains and I’m pretty sure this place might even have bed bugs.
Wouldn’t recommend this...

"The rooms & bathroom were both very clean. The furniture looked new. Would stay here again. I liked the virtual check in & check out process it was quick and easy and the instructions were very thorough. the property does not have a parking lot i did get lucky with metered street parking right in front where you can add time using an app."
