"I can’t say enough about Jennifer(I think) she was on at 7pm when we checked in. She was so amazing, doing it all by herself, out sweeping the mat at like 10pm, she was making cookies and answering phones and just on top of everything. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and breakfast was great. Gym is decent and tho no waterslide, the pool is 24 hour. Outdoor fireplaces… great stay"

"Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it...

"We stayed at Coyote Bluff Estate the end of August. The property is stunning with beautiful views of the valley area. If you want privacy and very comfy room, then this is it. Rita showed us around and was available for any questions we had. Rita went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thank you Rita. "

"The room was very pleasant, very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities were great. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area with sea tub, and the commode is a very tight space. We heard hallway, noise, vehicle noise and noise on the floor above us would this prevent me from staying there again no it would not."
