"Helpful staff. Street parking. Glorious room."

"Slightly out of Derry which gives you a very rural overview. Stayed here a few yers ago and was up to the mark this time. Due to airline delays arrived 2.5 later than expected butwas met at the door by the friendly hosts. Was showed to my room which had all i needed tea, coffee, a good shower etc. A very good breakfast to set me up for the Saturday. A 5 star stay again will hopefully be back at somepoint in the future. Excellent."

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"We could not even get into our place that night and the number to call is no good. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Horrible "

"We arrived a little early to this magnificent property. We were welcomed in to the beautiful sitting room to wait for our room to be ready. Such lovely helpful staff, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, and we also spent time in the sitting room in the evening, playing cards with the fire kindly lit for our benefit. This is a little piece of the history, well worth a stay to experience it."

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay."

"Room was amazing and the place had such a personality - in such a good location overall, SO close the everything. The gentleman who worked there served us such lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Derry!"
