"Upon arrival we were greeted and helped with checkin, no long queues, likewise checking out at the end of our stay. Staff were friendly, there was always someone with a hello and a smile in reception day and night.
The room was small and clean the bed was comfortable, we only used it as a base for 2 days so ideal for our stay. Great location for visiting central London, the west end and experiencing Londons vibrant atmosphere.
The hotel was good value for money being in the heart of the west end.
Only fault we found was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which for us was a slight inconvenience but wouldn’t put us off staying there again."
"This is my go-to hotel if im flying out of T5 with British Airways. The doorman is always super helpful and makes a great first impression. I like being able to walk from the hotel into the terminal building without having to go outside or use a shuttle bus. We always find the rooms quiet and comfortable."
"The property was really nice. Staff amazing. My only critique is floors can be updated. A little outdated. I was on club floor 11. When my flight got cancelled I booked an extra night on a regular floor 4 which was nicer than the club floor. Loved daily breakfast included in club stay"
"We were visiting London and this hotel was the perfect location to walk or take the Tube to see the sites and go everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations to us. The hotel offered multiple dining outlets from a quick breakfast to a fun bar/restaurant. We were there during the World Cup and they had a great watching parties. Highly recommend!"
"I had trouble finding the Reception area when I arrived. Also, it was unclear how and where I could find breakfast. Otherwise, my stay more than met my needs. Thanks."
"Lovely stay at the Arrium. Clean, tidy and great facilities. Room was spacious and soundproof. The beds are not as comfy as i remembered from a previous visit but overall we all slept ok. Staff always helpful. We enjoyed this stop over following a bumpy trip in berlin. The spa was very welcomed. Although a recommendation would be to have drinking water around the spa.
Breakfast had a lovely selection. Will definitely be back in the future and recommend to friends and clients."
