"super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open."

"Stated for one night with my teenager daughters. We were at a concert at Wembley so the location was convenient for the underground. Room was ok, beds comfy (but very squeaky frames- if someone moved in the bed it was loud). No air con in the room but they provided a fan."

The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. "The staff, particularly the receptionist, were very helpful indeed during the visit and also responded immediately when I phoned later in the day after my departure to say I had left my wallet in my room. They searched my room, found the wallet and returned it to me by mail. Full marks!"
