Great Stay
It was great. Arrived early and my room was ready. Had lunch and went back for dinner. Breakfast was great. It will be nice to have tea cups during breakfast instead of coffee shot cups.

Dear David, Thank you for your helpfull reply. We are aware that our rooms need a new modern look. Therefore we are busy renewing all the rooms, 1 by 1. Untill so far we have about 4 newly decorated rooms. And this ofcourse with a new television, as the current tv's are starting to be old-fashioned. Great little find
Arrived late, they were accommodating and the room was lovely. I was there for work so could not make use of the balcony and sun loungers but I very much enjoyed the stay. Accommodation great. Cannot comment on the area as I didn't get to spend any time there

Great hotel on the edge of town
Very nice hotel on the edge of town, excellent restaurant and service, friendly staff and good price. Not very convenient to the train station or town, but great highway access if you are driving.

Great hotel, especially for Tesla owners!
Great hotel, especially as I have a Tesla for Supercharging. Arrived very late, friendly staff member welcomed me, day staff were friendly too and good, simple Continental breakfast selection. Very clean hotel and great rooms, again clean and modern decor.

It's a nice average hotel. This was my business trip. I expect having at least one bottle of water in the room but there was only empty fridge and note that I can buy everything in vending machine. This hotel cost me 135Euro per night and I have to go to vending machine to get bottle of water. Also I feel like they don't have enough staff in the hotel. One guy is there to serve breakfast, tidy up after and taking payments at reception. I don't know if it was just this occasion but I felt like I always have to look for someone to give me some information.

Something going wrong with their Biznis
I was misleaded from the word "Luxury Deal" found on different booking sites regarding this hotel. A total price of 140$ per night do not correspond to what someone might expect. Let's start : - If you arrive after 22:00 you simply can't check in because reception is closed. (clearly stated on booking details) - My room card was not working twice. Hopefully first time i got the receptionist to reprogram it and the second time i returned after 22:00 that reception and hotel door was closed. I couldn't enter the building because again card was not working, so i was LOCKED OUT of the hotel! No one answered the emergency telephone, but hopefully i found the kind restaurant guys nearby that opened me. They were trained to reprogram the card so that means that this happens quite frequently... - I paid 140$ per night for a 2 single bed room. Each bed had wheels underneath so the beds could easily move away from each other! - Bathroom and amenities were just ok no problem with that. - Food dispensers in the floor's corridor that was a good surprise. - Kind staff and helpful comparing to various comments that i have read so far. - Great restaurant. Superb food quality and very kind personnel, but slow service (took about an hour for our main plate to arrive). Very expensive but what you give is what you take : a salad, 2 beers, 2 main courses and 2 desserts costed 92 Euros. - Breakfast was ok but i expected more for that room price. I would avoid visiting it again.

Room was clean and convenient but especially the food in the restaurant was excellent. Bathroom had less quality and had a not so fresh smell, probably from the toilet.

Kort en zakelijk ontvangst, geen informatie over ontbijt, waar de kamers en de liften waren. Maar wel nette kamers met goede bedden en met schoon sanitair. Vloerbedekking op gangen was niet schoon. Wij hadden een kamer met een tussendeur naar de kamer ernaast. Welke gebruikt kan worden voor personeel. Deze, niet goed geïsoleerde deur, zorgt ervoor dat je de buren goed kan horen... Het ontbijt was volledig en met goed vers brood. Parking was ruim, verlicht en voorzien van ruim voldoende opladers voor elektrische wagens. Een taxi naar het centrum op zaterdagavond kon niet door het personeel worden geregeld en mijzelf lukte dit ook niet. Dus goed om hier rekening mee te houden.

Zeer handig hotel
Zeer net hotel, vlak bij snelweg en natuurdomein Molsbroek. Goede faciliteiten voor opladen electrische wagen (Tesla snelladers). Ongeveer 30minuten wandelafstand naar het centrum van Lokeren (bv Lokerse Feesten). Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers zijn goede groote, schoon en redelijk geluidsdicht. Mooie badkamer. Bar en restaurant van het hotel zijn wel van het hogere prijssegment, maar de bediening is correct en vriendelijk. Algemeen een aanrader

Na 23:00u garriveerd. Door de digitale receptie géén probleem. Ideaal en conform vooraf ontvangen instructies over het inchecken. Uitstekende en comfortabele kamers. Ontbijt was prima!

Prima Hotel
Kamer zeer schoon en netjes. In het hele hotel vriendelijk personeel , het ontbijt is goed verzorgt. Ook het restaurant heeft een goede kaart met voor iedereen wel wat, met een goede kwaliteit en met zorgt klaar gemaakt. Ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een goed hotel met een redelijke prijs en een uitstekende locatie.

Prachtig hotel met hele goede ligging
Prachtig hotel , locatie top , heel makkelijk bij de af- oprit naar Gent / Antwerpen . Grote parking , lekker eten mooi kader . Verschillende punten waar schade was op de kamer aan de meubelen . Minibar enkel flesje water . Televisie is oud en beeldkwaliteit is ronduit slecht . Personeel is top

De informatie die u hierin geeft, is voor ons belangrijk om ook in de toekomst de beste service te kunnen bieden. Als hotel zijn wij er ons van bewust dat voortdurend vernieuwen belangrijk is. Daarom zijn wij reeds eind 2018 gestart met de renovatie van enkele kamers. Zo plannen wij stap voor de hernieuwing van elke kamer.
