Great property for peace and quiet

Te property is in excellent condition and it has clearly had an extensive refurbishment to a high standard. The check in was the easiest i can remember. On arrival the key was waiting for me. The room was very comfortable and had good WIfI access. Ther was a kitchenette and large TV/Games room with plenty of tea and coffee. The location of the hotel lends itself to a very peaceful and relaxing stay making an excellent base for those looking for some tranquil surroundings. The Property is full of character and charm. The property was full of surprises in a very positive way

Vitskøl kloster kan varmt anbefales

Det er et sted jeg godt kunne tænke mig at besøge igen. Værelset var super hyggeligt og dejligt. Morgenmaden var lækker. Jeg vil meget gerne fremhæve det unge personale, de var fantastiske, der var styr på det. Faktisk stak jeg hovedet ind i køkkenet, for at sige tak for den gode oplevelse. Det eneste jeg vil foreslå som forbedring er skiltningen. Man skulle ret tæt på indgangene for at læse og lede efter receptionen.

Et himmelsk refugium

Vitskøl Kloster er ikke “bare” et hotel. Det er en gammel og smuk bygning med en lang g interessant historie. Det er mere et refugium, end hotel. Bortset fra morgenmad, er der ingen service. Der er heller ikke tv/radio på værelserne. Der er ensmuk læge urtehave ved klostret, og Livø er lige overfor.

Meget for pengene. Pænt enkelt værelse med god seng og nyt bad God service. Selvom jeg var eneste gæst om morgenen, stod en serviceminded medarbejder klar med en fin morgenmad. En fin detalje var, at alle stearinlysene på bordene var tændt, så man følte dig velkommen. Fint lille fælles køkken med køl os frys

Spændende at bo på et kloster. Lidt spartansk, men det passede jo til konceptet kloster. Hyggeligt værelse med flot udsigt over Limfjorden. Godt badeværelse. Morgenmaden var flot stillet an af de unge mennesker, men uha hvor vi manglede et fluenet, der var mange fluer i maden - ikke så rart. Der reklameres med hjemmebagt brød/rugbrød og knækbrød, det er en overdrivelse! Der står desuden på hjemmesiden, at man kan betale kontant ved afrejse, dette var ikke muligt. Lovlig dyrt for et hostel, men alt i alt dog en ok oplevelse, for de unge ansatte var virkelig søde og høflige.
