The walls looked incredibly dirty, like someone rubbed mud on one of them and lip stick on another. There was a bottle cap made up in our bedding and the sheer curtains were shredded. Redeeming quality - the staff was very friendly when checking in

property is rundown and shabby, sofa in room had stains and dog hair all over it. mattresses had big dip, chairs in lobby had holes, windows were cloudy and window seals were broken. drink prices in lobby varied from day to day, made me wonder if the clerk was pocketing the difference?

The staff was competent and friendly. The property and amenities however were sub standard. This hotel is run down and depressing. The La Quinta we stayed at the prior night was 5 star. It was so disappointing I’ll think twice before I stay at another La Quinta hotel.

Water for shower would never get hot or warm. Entrances were disgusting and very dirty. Heater/ air conditioner was extremely load due to a bearing on fan going out. Room was clean though.
