The apartment looked better in the pictures, sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Regular beds were just fine. Wifi was not working properly sometimes. Location is ok, free parking on the street.

Prostorný apartmán v blízkosti centra, možnost parkování na uzavřeném dvoře. Pokoje byly čisté, ale některé vybavení je již zničené, v kuchyňské lince chybí vařečky, naběračka, nedostatek malých lžiček...i přes drobné nedostatky se nám tu líbilo.

Один минус - ключи надо забирать в другом месте за километр от гостиницы. Остальное понравилось. Тихий район, рядом большой парк. Платной парковкой не пользовались, вдоль улицы можно парковаться бесплатно. Завтрак норм, для Польши даже скудноватый. Ещё, в номере 6 очень скрипучий пол. Мы попросили другую комнату, дали больший номер с отдельной спальней, очень хороший.

What a surprise

My husband and I go to Lodz quite often, meaning once or twice a month. Currently we are spending half the year in Poland. Lodz is his hometown so we travel the hour and fifteen minutes from Warsaw to hang out with friends and family. We are budget travelers and have tried several hotels in the city but have just found our new go to place. Aurora Residence opened about six months ago and have proven to be a great and convenient place to stay. The rooms are large and well appointed. The residence is on a quite street which makes for great sleeping. The decor is lovely and they provide everything you need. The staff is helpful, friendly and wants to make a good impression. We showed up with another couple and I forgot to change the number of people on my reservation when I made it. They quickly responded by making up the beds in the second bedroom and supplied us with additional towels, tea, sugar and bottles of water without even asking. I haven't had that kind of service in a long time.

Wybrałem hotel City Residence ze względu na liczne pozytywne opinie zadowolonych klientów, które pojawiają się regularnie w wielu serwisach internetowych. Ze względu na to, że jestem osobą młodą i cenię sobie nowoczesny, czysty styl - był to jedyny hotel z czołówki, który w oparciu o opublikowane przez hotel zdjęcia, robił niesamowite wrażenie - w szczególności nowoczesne i czyste wnętrza. Byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony, gdy postawiłem pierwsze kroki w apartamencie - to właściwa nazwa dla tego miejsca. Jasne i przestronne wnętrze, czyste i dobrze zorganizowane, w ujednoliconej kolorystyce z licznymi elementami dekoracyjnymi oraz akcentem charakterystycznym dla Łódzkich hoteli - cegłą. Łazienka z wanną, ładną toaletą i dużą umywalką była czysta i widać było, że pracownicy hotelu wykonali ogrom dobrej pracy, przygotowując pokój do przyjęcia gości. Począwszy od wyposażenia barku - poprzez pełne wyposażenie części kuchennej sprawił, że przygotowanie się do romantycznej kolacji nie było żadnym wyzwaniem. W pokoju znajdowały się również 4 krzesła i duży stół, który odgrywał znaczną rolę praktyczną w tym układzie. Łóżko było wygodne, spało się na prawdę komfortowo.
