"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad. "

"The breakfast was good. Same as 10 year's ago. Staff was sometimes not friendly. Emergency squad here 2 nights in a row. One time 2 police cars one time firetruck. It was scary."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff extremely friendly, lots of food offerings. Popcorn in the lobby, drinks and food at 5:30pm and breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and stocked. Only two negatives. The pillows are horrible and the gym was lacking. Didn’t use the pool but looked in and it appeared clean and other people were enjoying it. Great location with a TGIF sharing parking lot. Would def stay here again. "

"There was mold present. The smell was overwhelming to the point I had to decide for my safety that I could not stay there. I had to cancel my reservation as I could not stay there due to health issues I respectfully asked for a refund and waiting for for the Expedia team to help me get a refund as I had to book another room at another hotel. My entire vacation has been impacted negatively to this issue."

"We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we connected with Ganga before arriving, we knew we were in great hands. We were traveling with a school group, and she went above and beyond to guide us step-by-step through the district payment process, making everything smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, Ganga and the entire staff welcomed us like family. Their warmth, attentiveness, and positive energy truly made it feel like we were walking into a home, not just a hotel. They were incredibly accommodating to our entire team and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, after long competition days, that made a huge difference for our group. We also loved taking advantage of the pool and BBQ area. Being able to host a BBQ for our students was such a special highlight and created memorable moments for everyone. The location is perfect, close to the speedway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and establishments, which made everything so convenient for our group. The lobby is also a huge plus, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us to meet and work together during the five days we stayed. Convenient to use washer and dryer in laundry. We are so grateful for such an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back next year when we compete again. Highly recommend!"
